Here’s a great one to get us started. Serve these cheesy eggs over toasted bread with avocado, then drizzle with plenty of spicy Turkish-inspired chilli butter. You can’t beat or mess up these simple eggs! They’re good every time and take just minutes to make.

This easy Greek Olive Pasta Salad with creamy honey dijon dressing is fantastic for Spring and Summer. It’s almost no-cook, comes together quickly, and with very little effort. Greek olives, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, salty feta cheese, and a creamy, tangy Greek dressing, all tossed up with pasta. Click here for the recipe!

If you’re like me and love a good peanut sauce, this loaded spring vegetable-filled salad bowl is just what you need. Consisting of a mix of greens, carrots, cucumbers, rice noodles, and chicken, this is actually quite simple to make during the week or on the weekend if you prefer. Make sure to save the recipe!

Easy Espresso Chocolate Mousse

Recently I have been absolutely infatuated with espresso martinis, so when I saw this recipe I knew it would be one for the books! Made with just 7 easy ingredients including eggs, cornstarch, coconut milk, espresso, vanilla, and plenty of chocolate, this recipe is both easy and delicious. As Half-Baked Harvest recommends, finish each bowl with a dollop of whipped cream and plenty of chocolate shavings for a truly delicious dessert. Grab the recipe here.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and enjoy these mouth watering recipes!
