Vancouver Halloween Activities

While this year Halloween won’t be quite the same, I’ve sourced some fun activities that you can still do around Vancouver to enjoy this spooky holiday from Vancouvers Best Places.

Take your pick!

Forbidden Vancouver Walking Tours

Forbidden Vancouver Walking Tours offers a number of different tours. A couple of them focus on the city’s historical past and explore Gastown and other parts of Vancouver’s downtown core. These awesome tours last for between about 1.5 and 2.5 hours, click here to learn more!

Vancouver Mystery Nights

I will definitely be checking this activity out with a friend because you get to solve a murder mystery, go on a spy mission, or be a superhero and defend the city from a supervillain! Mystery Nights is similar to an escape room in terms of problem solving and filtering through clues, but the venue is Downtown Vancouver! The games average around $35/ person and last approximately two hours. Click here to learn more and to get your tickets.

P.S. In case you don’t feel comfortable going out this Halloween season, you can play their The Case of the Hotel Detective game online!

Maan Farms Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze

Mann Farms is a great spot to head to if you’re still in need of a pumpkin, or if you’d like to spice things up a bit and visit their Halloween Corn Maze which is said to be the scariest corn maze in Canada! Click here to learn more about this scary maze.

Halloween at FlyOver Canada

As Vancouver’s Best Places explains, Halloween at FlyOver Canada is a multi-dimensional theatre attraction with witches and a Halloween theme at Canada Place in downtown Vancouver this month. This year the Halloween feature film is HowlOver Canada and the shows run until November 1st daily between 10 am and 8 pm. Don’t forget your mask!

Slayland and the Taste of the PNE Trick & Treat Drive-Thru

All though we’ll all be missing the spooky haunted houses of Fright Night, you can still enjoy the rides at ‘Slayland’ and there will even be drive-thru trick-or-treating this Halloween.

Reaper’s Maze of Terror

This Halloween attraction is made for fright seekers and is taking place in Chilliwack between October 9th and 31st. The Halloween attraction is only $15 for entry and operates from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Sundays and most weekdays, and from 7:00 until 10:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Click here to learn more!

Brinkworth Dungeon

If you really want to visit a haunted house this year, Brinkworth Dungeon in Langley will be operating for the last two weeks of October and is taking every precaution to keep visitors safe during the thrilling experience. Click here to learn more about what to expect (don’t forget your masks!!).
