Home Workouts

As we dive into the new year, one of my biggest goals is to really stay on top of my fitness.

We’re all spending a lot more time at home than we’re used to, and fitness for me is an escape that not only helps me physically, but is also a mental reliever.

At the beginning of Covid, I was quite diligent on working out at home, going for runs, and really placing time for fitness. As the months have gone by however, I’ve lost my routine and am really looking to get back on the train.

If you too are planning on staying active this year and are looking for some great at-home options, keep reading!

TRX

TRX is a suspension training system that can be hung from doors, walls or ceilings, making it the perfect piece of home workout equipment. The TRX system is a bodyweight training system that can be used by anyone, regardless of your skill level. When you purchase the TRX system you get one year free of the TRX app where you can find a workout for any mood. A friend of mine recently purchased this and both her and her partner use it religiously.

I hope these recommendations are helpful! Comment below if you have any additional suggestions on at-home workout methods, platforms, or providers.
