Discover some of the best craft breweries Vancouver – by bike!

On the two-hour tour by North Vancouver Beer Bike, you will ride a party bike through Lonsdale to visit 3 breweries, try some amazing beers, enjoy the outdoors, and socialize with friends. Click here to book your tour!

Lonsdale Quay is a great spot to take in the sights and sounds of Summer. Visit the market for lunch and enjoy it alfresco with unmatched views of Downtown Vancouver and the Burrard Inlet’s boats.

Take a walk on the wild side and visit Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. As explained on their website, “Capilano Suspension Bridge crosses to towering evergreens, cedar-scented rainforest air and Treetops Adventure, 7 suspended footbridges offering views 110 feet above the forest floor. Cliffwalk follows a granite precipice along Capilano River with a labyrinth-like series of narrow cantilevered bridges, stairs and platforms and only 16 anchor points in the cliff supporting the structure!”

Go for a refreshing dip in North Shore swimming holes. There is no better way to spend a hot day in North Vancouver than visiting the lower portions of Lynn Creek and cooling down in its clear waters.

Put your fitness to the test by hiking the 2,830 stairs of the Grouse Grind trail, commonly referred to as “Mother Nature’s Stairmaster.” I personally would recommend doing the grind when temperatures aren’t above 25 degrees!

Try stand-up paddle boarding to strengthen your core muscles while admiring the beauty of Deep Cove – this is one of my favourite Summer activities to do on the North Shore. If you’re not a lover of paddle boarding, Deep Cove Kayak also has canoes and kayaks for you to rent.

Walk, bike, or roller skate your way along the North Shore Spirit Trail. The City’s portion of the Spirit Trail is 6.5km long and connects you to the growing neighbourhoods and new landmarks with popular destinations like Lonsdale Quay, The Shipyards and Moodyville Park.

Greater Vancouver

For a fun escape within the city, Granville Island always delivers! The famous Public Market, open daily from 9 am to 7 pm, is home to more than 50 independent food purveyors. In the Net Loft Shops and Railspur District, many of Canada’s best artists and designers can be found.

If you can only visit one swimming pool in Vancouver, it should definitely be Kits Pool. With its white bottom, turquoise water, and spectacular views, this pool is a summer-must. I used to visit Kits Pool with my friends on a weekly basis and can’t wait to go back!

In need of a new summertime wardrobe? I always love heading to Robson Street and exploring the shops!

I hope you enjoyed these options and have a great time exploring a few of them this weekend! Stay Safe.
